Flowers, fun and perhaps a carrot -

Fit styled by Johnny Blanco

This Fit was sparked by the collab by Randomevent x PUMA. I happend to stumble across a track jacket designed by Randomevent for Puma. I was drawn in by the bright orange accents but fell in love with the unique details. From the tag on the cuff to the unique stripes on the arms and the flowers (and carrots) on the shoulders, I just had to add this one to my collection.

Randomevent was founded by Hong Yang in 2012 as a street style brand, The design concept combines three elements of

Urban - Daily - Street.

“I hope our shirts can be worn by people with the same values and lifestyle as us.”

- Hong Yang

The bold Orange cuffing on the track jacket was the catalyst for what would become this fit.

“When I first saw the collab of Puma x RandomEvent I fell in love with the pop of bright orange but as I looked closer it was the little details that stole my heart. I had to add this jacket to my collection.”

- Johnny Blanco

I had remembered seeing a pair of orange sneakers that the house of AMI did in collaboration with Puma and I knew they would be perfect. In that same collection they also created a fashion

t-shirt in orange with a blended logo patch that would help pull everything together as one..

Alexandre Mattiussi, AMI founder approaches fashion in a relaxed and authentic way. Capturing its hometown’s unique, effortless elegance, AMI blurs the boundaries between casual and chic.

Alexandre Mattiussi founded AMI at age 30, after formative years in renowned Parisian couture houses, where he perfected his skills and knowledge of men’s tailoring, and learned the excellence of French sartorial savoir-faire, now a distinctive feature of AMI. His multi-faceted inspiration stems from the world around him, the arts, Paris and the diversity and style of those around him.

“I try to make clothes for life - good quality clothes with good proportions.”

- Alexandre Mattiussi

Other items from the house of AMI Paris included a card wallet in black, a pair of squared sunglasses and the casual look of the ADC backpack.

I instantly knew the watch that I would pair with this outfit, it is the 2007 - TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf Calibre 17.

Contrasting with the black dial and subdials, the iconic blue and orange stripes of Gulf are full of charisma. An intriguing detail catches the eye: the word "Gulf" above the date window has replaced the word "Monaco".

Also in limited edition, the Black Vintage Monaco is substantially different from its older sibling. Subtle details like the striking orange stitching on the black leather strap lend further edge to this maverick design. Together, this mythical duo of highly collectable models made a bold watchmaking statement.

Of course I want to show off one of my ironic parody stickers “Tag Here.”

*please remember to sticker responsibly.

When I create a fit I always try to remember my ears. This time I am trying out the new earbuds by STATUS. No, they are not a sponsor, I actually paid for these. What impressed me the most is the seperated sound. Think of it like your high end car system with separate tweeters, midrange and subwoofers. The best part is the price won’t break the bank.

“I really love to share my unique style. And YES, I do wear this fit. With the exception of the 2007 - TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf Calibre 17. It is currently on my vision board.”

- Johnny Blanco

I hope you enjoyed this fashion mashup where I bring a little luxury to the streets with a twist of pop art style. I do have a deep passion for fashion, but my fashion - at my pace.

These fits have become an extension of my art in a way.

Let me know what you think.
